		<description>Just wondering why it&#039;s ok for financial advisors to charge fees up front and receive compensations for selling Mutual funds (example American Funds).  They are not required to disclouse this information to us.

Realtors (Ron) you won&#039;t be supporting his when our government steps in and lets you know &quot;You are only allowed to make 1% commission on the home you just listed or sold.  Realtors have been collection 5-6 points on transaction.  Mortgage brokers we make 1% 2% if we were lucky.</description>

		<description>To the Realtor that had to chime in. Ya know making 3 to 6% on a deal for you I&#039;m sure is still not enough.  You guys I&#039;m sure to get regulated soon and then it will be a problem. You dont care about the borrower&#039;s and what there getting for rate as long as the loan that&#039;s you bug us for 5 times a day gets done. We do 95% of the deal and you show a property and fill out a form and bug loan originators and you get paid 2 to 3 time we do. Who is getting the ass end of this deal. Your comment will soon haunt you.</description>

		<description>Jim, the Federal Reserve Board is not a board of democrats - please read your history.  If you follow history, this is the rich (the wealthiest) people in the world trying to take control of the mess they have made. They began all of these boards and committees way before Democrats took stage.  They are trying to stop inflation but inflation is a result of greedy acts in the system (sub-prime mortgages) and other things that are covered up before sub-prime mortgages.</description>

		<description>Unfortunately, the industry failed to police itself, so now the government is doing it for them.  As a Realtor,  I&#039;ve dealt with some Mtg Brokers who do the best thing for their clients. However, I&#039;ve also dealt with all too many who simply do the best thing for themselves. 		<description>Well said Jim, except you forgot to leave out that it takes the flexibility out of the customers hands in obtaining a mortgage by giving a broker the option to structure a loan in a way that benefits the borrowers situation.  by only getting paid one way, we no longer have the flexibility to meet the customers needs.  maybe we should all become government sales people making 100k per year and whether we sell one loan or 200. we make the same.  more waste.</description>

Consumers are going to have a great time finding home loans unless they have perfect credit because these new guidelines prohibit any possible profit for the broker.  I remind you that this is the broker who gets paid commission, not an hourly wage forcing no initiative like a banker.  These loans will never get done because the bankers are too stupid and it won&#039;t be worth it to try.  Trust me, in ten plus years of doing the right thing for all of my clients I would rather wash cars than conform to this government crap.  Who&#039;s income will they regulate next?? Insurance Agents, Real  Estate Agent??????  Great job and thanks to everyone who voted for these clueless Democrats.  You not only ruined your equal chance at getting a home loan but you wiped out another positive aspect of our economy.  Bravo!</description>
